So this is Christmas..

Ah, Christmas.

Somehow my Dad had a stroke of genius and bought us a Wii. Hahaha.. Totally unexpected, but so sweet and awesome.

So, I'm watching my Mom and Dad play Wii Bowling right now, and they are SO into it.. I really hope this brings them a little closer.. not that they aren't, but lately they've been kinda distant, doing their own thing, and I just think this time together will be good.. so I'm just sitting on the couch with my computer, listening to them cheer and make fun of each other, and it's making me super happy and keeping my mind off of other stuff.

I told Joe-Pat to come to dinner, but dumbass always forgets to consult me before the holidays and winds up working because he has no where to go locally.. sigh.. I suppose when he gets a lady he actually can stand for more than 4.3 days, things will change. Here's hoping, haha.

So, tonight, dinner with the 'rents, then possibly out with my friends for Dennis' birthday, unless something family oriented is going on. Tomorrow, up to North Jersey to see my cousins, booze it up, sleep over, and drive to Hoboken to hang out with River for a while.. annnd then back home, Mom's birthday Monday.. full next few days. Kinda nice to have plans..

I hate how this cold weather has kept me inside. I feel like I'm no fun when it's cold out.. I love to be outside and do stuff there so much, that I get kinda in a rut in the winter season and have to remember to kick my ass a little and go out, otherwise I just kinda sink into the cold and the gray.. no more, I'm back to being me, gonna do some fun stuff the next few days and rev my energy level back up.

I wonder when I'll tell people that I have a blogspot account.. I kinda don't want everyone to know yet.. it feels too fresh since I'm starting my ranting over on a new site.. so I guess once there's a little more substance to it I'll tell everyone. People tend to have this habit of actually reading what I write, no matter how ridiculous, or sad, or weird, or random..

Haha, man, they are enjoying this whole bowling thing..

Here's to Christmas, and hopefully a VERY Happy New Year filled with family, friends, love (god willing), and success :)
